Cerritos Beach

If you take a ride northwest up the highway from Cabo San Lucas, you will happen up on a gorgeous stretch of beach called Cerritos.

It is amazing! One of the only swimmable surfing beaches on the west or Pacific side of the Baja California. A five mile stretch of flat, soft sand is waiting for you to stroll on.

Stop by Cerritos Beach Club for a delicious lunch on the sand, facing the surf!

Don't forget to put this place on your list of things to do next time you vist the Baja.

Beautiful Surf

Beautiful surf crashes along the rocks on the beach near Land's End in Cabo San Lucas.

I spent an afternoon there recently walking along this glorious beach...taking in the majesty of Mother Nature as she creates a show of magnificent energy.

I love to hang on this beach & feel the tranquility amongst the harshness of the neverending surf.

It brings a sense of wonder & amazement to remind us of our place on this planet...to be human is to be constantly in awe of this type of phenomenon.

Here is a typical sight seen on the famoso playa Medano in Cabo San Lucas.

Medano Beach is the main beach in the tourist zone of this town & the vendors are usually out in full force, selling all sorts of treasures in every color of the rainbow!

Very often, the two words you hear yourself saying the most whilst sitting on this beach are ‘no gracias’!! However, if you are in the mood to shop, you will find an almost irresistible array of items to choose from right at the edge of your beach blanket!

No matter what the case….a day on Medano Beach…complete with all the action offered here, is a day well spent!!
